All items returned must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. Intimates, hats and sale collection items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Promotional discounted items may not be returned (i.e. Flash Sales)
WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. WE WILL GLADLY ISSUE YOU STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF AN E-GIFT CARD TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN RETURNED, INSPECTED AND ACCEPTED. YOU WILL NOT GET STORE CREDIT IF THE ITEM / ITEMS GET REJECTED. RETURN SHIPPING FEE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. WE DO NOT ISSUE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS. STORE CREDIT CAN BE USED IMMEDIATELY AND NEVER EXPIRES.
To receive an online credit: Please note that regular priced unworn items are eligable for store credit within 14 days of the original order date. All styles that state “FINAL SALE” within the title and/or description are not eligible for return.
