Do I have to pay for return shipping?

 

Our return policy can be found in the return policy slot. If your return meets our policy and if you choose a refund, we will e-mail you a return shipping label and the cost of the return label will be withheld from your refund amount. If you choose store credit, we will e-mail you a return shipping label and it’s free !!!

What are your general sizes?

We have a product sizing chart located in the drop down menu below each product description. We measure using Inches and Centimeters. We provide Bust, Waist, Hips, and Length Measurements. Sizes vary between manufacturers, but generally a Small is size 0-4, Medium 4-6, and Large 6-8. Some items we will provide XL, XXL, XXXL to Plus Sizes as well.

How will I know if a sold-out item has been restocked?

Going back to the website to check about the item or Social Media. Our Social Media is updated daily with popular back by demand items, new arrivals, sales, contest, and more. Don’t forget to follow us: Instagram: @VigorousBeautyBoutique

May I cancel or change my order?

We are able to cancel an order only if it has not already been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel a previously placed order, please call our customer service department to see if it is not too late to cancel. In the event that the order cannot be canceled, you are able to return the order for a full refund ( less shipping cost ). For a full refund, please make sure your return is postmarked within business days of the delivery date of your original package and meets our return policy. Please see our return policy for more information.

We are currently not able to revise any orders once placed. If you made an error on your order it is best to call customer service to have the order cancelled, and then place a new order with the correct items. 

How do I make a return?

What hours is Vigorous Beauty Boutique open?

Ordering Online is 24 hours, 7days a week. Customer Service is open from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays Eastern Standard time.

Do your items run true to size?

The Quick Answer - Yes !!!

All of our items fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description. So be sure to read the details section before buying.

Are you a legitimate Boutique?

Yes !!! We are a small business, located in Maryland. Whatever you order, we have in stock at our location. While “scam boutiques” seem to be increasingly popular, we’re not one of them.

Do you have a Storefront?

No, we are an Online Boutique. However, we do Love our Shoppers !!! We offer local drop offs if you are within 10 miles from our location.

My order won’t go through. What should I do?

You’re so close to having your dream items headed to you, and then the order won’t submit ! It’s the worst feeling. If you’re still receiving an error message after checking over your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Whatever you do, only click the “place order” button once ... We would hate for your card to be authorized more than once by mistake !

What Payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, G Pay, JCB, Shopify Pay, Discover, Master Card, and VISA debit/credit card payments as well as Pay Pal. We don’t accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.

Where is my order confirmation?

Yippee !!! You placed an order ! As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add www.vigorousbeautyboutique.com to your safe sender list.
